• Descriptive information about the collection items and their storage conditions (name, type, image, estimated value, history, certificates, storage location, etc.),

When you use the Application, certain technical data may be collected:

• Device type and operating system,

• This data is used exclusively for the security, maintenance, and improvement of the service.

1. Provide and manage access to the JEMA Application,

5. Legal basis for processing

Data processing carried out by JEMA TECH SOLUTION SÀRL is based on:

• The performance of the contract: processing is necessary for the functioning of the user account and the Application,
• Consent: for certain optional features (notifications, communication of information, etc.),
• The legitimate interest of JEMA TECH SOLUTION SÀRL: to improve the quality of service, guarantee data security, and prevent abuse,

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for securing their own device.
